You can control your camera in the Burrel app by:
- Directly changing specific camera settings
- Sending SMS commands
Changing settings directly in the app
We recommend adjusting camera settings directly in the Burrel app whenever possible. This ensures that the changes are saved to the server (and eventually applied to the camera). The app works best for changing settings on the following models: SMS PRO (manufactured after September 2021), S22WA, N24, and E24.
You can modify any camera setting visible in the app simply by selecting the desired option below that setting. The change will take effect the next time the camera connects to the server.
Sending SMS remote commands
We recommend using SMS commands for settings that cannot be changed directly through the app. You can send these commands either via the Burrel app or by sending a SMS command.
