In the example image, the mark visible in the Burrel App under the camera information indicates whether the camera has been in contact to the server in the last 12 hours or not. When the mark is green, the camera has been contacted to the server. When more than 12 hours have passed, the mark automatically turns red. Even if the mark is red, the camera is still in shooting mode and ready to send a photo if everything else is fine with the camera and it has enough power.
