If the camera is sending photos to the Burrel app, for example, you receive a notification of a new image or a follower of a shared camera receives a photo, but you do not, try the following steps:
- Log out of the Burrel app and log back in.
If this does not resolve the issue, proceed as follows:
- Log out of the app.
- Delete the app from your device (phone or tablet).
- Download the app again from the app store to your device.
- Log back into the app using your personal user credentials.
