Why aren’t camera photos opening in the Burrel App?

If the camera is sending photos to the Burrel app, for example, you receive a notification of a new image or a follower of a shared camera receives a photo, but you do not, try the following steps:

  • Log out of the Burrel app and log back in.


If this does not resolve the issue, proceed as follows:

  1. Log out of the app.
  2. Delete the app from your device (phone or tablet).
  3. Download the app again from the app store to your device.
  4. Log back into the app using your personal user credentials.
