We have identified an issue on January 9, 2025, with version 2.1.12 of the Burrel app on Oukitel-brand phones. Due to the malfunction, the app does not open on phones of this brand. Our maintenance team is currently investigating the issue with the aim of resolving it as quickly as possible. Once the issue is resolved, we will notify you in this article.
At the moment, it appears that the Burrel app works normally on phones from other brands. If there is no possibility of using an alternative phone from another brand during the time it takes to fix the issue, the app can be used on a tablet and/or computer. The web browser version of the app for use on a computer can be found at app.burrelcameras.com. Installation instructions for tablets can be found here. When logging in, use the same username as the one you used when accessing the app on your phone.
