Why am I not receiving pictures in the app?

  • Does the camera connect to the network normally?
    If the camera does not connect to the network, this issue must be resolved first. Go here to proceed with troubleshooting.

  • Is the camera correctly registered in the Burrel app?

If the camera has been registered incorrectly—for example, as a camera from another manufacturer instead of using a Burrel ID—images will not be delivered to the app. You can find more information on how to add your camera to the app here.


If the camera connects to the network properly and is registered correctly in the Burrel app, but images still do not appear,


1. Reset the camera to default settings: Menu → System tab → Default settings


2. Check the following camera settings:

SMS PRO (manufactured after September 2021, models S22WA, N24, and E24):

Menu → Sending submenu →

SendMode: Instant

SendVia: Internet

SendTo: Burrel+

Finally, select "UpLoad settings" in the same submenu to save the settings on the server.
 

Other models:

SETUP → Menu → Sending submenu →

SendMode: Instant

SendVia: Internet (do not change the SMTP server settings)

SendTo: Email
Email. Enter the receiving email address here. If you added the camera to the Burrel app as a camera from another brand, enter the email address provided by the app.


3. Take a manual test picture 

Try taking a manual test picture to verify the camera’s sending functionality. You’ll find instructions and common camera responses with actions here.
Note: A memory card is required to take a test image, and you cannot take one while the camera is sending a video.
