We are currently experiencing an issue with some Burrel SMS3 cameras, which prevents images from being delivered to the Burrel Application and email using the camera's default SMTP server (default settings). The camera displays error code 298.
The issue is known to us, and our team is actively investigating it. Unfortunately, the fix is expected to be delayed until next week.
