Error codes
Below you can find the most common error codes. If you do not see the error code you are encountering in the list below, submit a Support request. We will update the error code list when needed.

208 | Image sent as an MMS file to email. Restore camera to default settings. If necessary, update the camera. |

240 | No receiving email address found. Check Wireless submenu -> Email. |
242 | Timeout. |
251 | Typically a temporary error. Restart the camera. |
261 | Restore camera to default settings and if needed, update the camera. |
263 | Check the settings under Sending submenu. Restore camera to default settings. If necessary, update the camera. |
282 | SD card error. |
284 | Try a different SIM card with a different subscription. |
802 | Image sent as an MMS file to phone. No receiving phone number found. Check Wireless submenu -> Phone. Also verify the file format. |
820 | Update the camera. |
841 | No receiving email address found. Check Wireless submenu -> Email. |
844 | Restore camera to default settings and, if needed, update the camera. Try another SD-card. |
848 | Update the camera. |
859 | Restore camera to default settings and, if needed, update the camera. |

Timeout. Check following:
- Verify that the camera is connected to the network. If necessary, try another SIM card with a different subscription and test the sending function. You can find more information here.
- Try reducing the file size of the transmitted file and try the sending function. Especially in the 2G network, the file size has a great significance. You can find more information about the camera settings that we recommend modifying, here.
- Update the camera if needed.
SD card issue. Check the current SD card complies with recommendations. Format the SD card and/or try a different SD card in the camera. Additional information about SD cards and formatting can be found here.
